PROMOTION INFORMATION
Any product purchased during a promotion related to a “gift with purchase” can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Florensi, LLC (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Shipping/Returns: Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. nail polish remover, nail polish, etc.) are required by the US Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Regrettably, these items are only available for shipments within the continental United States.
GIFT CARDS
Florensi eCards and physical gift cards can be redeemed online or in any Florensi Retail Location. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card.
Florensi will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
FREE GIFT WRAP
Customers can receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any order containing a gift message will be packaged in special Florensi boxes. Please note that only orders containing a gift message will receive gift wrapping.

By purchasing goods from Florensi, LLC you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Terms and conditions of Florensi and its (1) year limited warranty.
What is covered by this limited warranty? Florensi warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date you purchase the product. Once one (1) year of limited warranty has passed or you do not meet the Terms and Conditions, Florensi will offer 15% off your next purchase on https://www.florensi.com/
What is not covered by this limited warranty? This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, theft, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Florensi’s obligations under this limited warranty? Provided that you comply with the conditions of this limited warranty, during the duration of this limited warranty, Florensi will replace the product, at its sole option, without charge. (1) replacement Physical Good is covered under the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Discontinued Products: If a product or model is discontinued by the manufacturer, Florensi may substitute a new product or model if the replacement product meets or exceeds the specifications and performance of the discontinued model and if the discount is the same or greater than the discontinued model.
Warranty limitations and exclusions:This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada and is not transferable. This warranty is only applicable on Florensi products purchased onhttps://www.florensi.com/,amazon.com, andhttps://www.walmart.com/.
AUTHORIZED RETAILERS AND PRODUCTS
There is a lot of fraudulent activity that takes place over the internet, so if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. The only way to guarantee that you are purchasing authentic Florensi products is to buy directly through our website or one of the Florensi Stores.
